3/4 cup-1 cup grated parm. cheese (or parm. Romano blend)
Put cream in sauce pan on medium heat
whisk until cheese is melted
Once it is hot add cheese & garlic powder
simmer on low 10-15 min. to let flavors combine & cream melt till smooth
stir occasionally so it won't stick
(You can also add cooled chicken)
SERVING SUGGESTION:
toast french bread slices, then put sauce w/ chicken together with asparagus or green beans. top w/ slice of fresh tomato and serve open face sandwich style
